Survey of Quality of Life 2017
Thanks to the effort and commitment of all its members, Bomberos y SAMUR Protección Civil are the two best rated services with a score of 8.3.
This survey, which has been carried out since 2006, aims to know the degree of satisfaction of the citizens of Madrid with the quality of life in the city and how they value municipal management and public services.
The assessment of the management of the government team has risen 5 points since 2016 and the satisfaction of the municipal services has improved in a generalized way.
The ten best rated services, on a scale of 0 to 10, are SAMUR Protección Civil (8.3), Bomberos (8.3), Madrid Metro (7.8), transport interchanges (7.4), municipal theaters (7,3), buses of the EMT (7,2), applications of the City Council for mobile devices (7,2), municipal libraries (7,2), telephone service 010 (7,2) and the service offices to citizenship (7.0).
This survey has been carried out to 3,003 people (140 per district, approximately), over 18 years of age living in Madrid at least 6 months prior to the date of the survey (carried out from October to November 2017). The confidence level is 95.5% (2 sigmas) and the sampling error is ± 1.82%.
