It is very important that, in case you are not not able to attend the appointment, you modify or cancel it
Currently, out of the 40.000 weekly appointments made at our Offices 8.100 are no shows, which deeply impact on the capacity to attend other people.
Madrid City Council offers its citizenship the System of Scheduled Appointment to be attended at the different council facilities
When accessing to this system you can request a scheduled appointment (for the procedure you need to manage, the office, date and time in which you would like to be attended), modify or cancel it and make any consultation of an already existing appointment.
