Annual POLIS Conference
The annual POLIS Conference hosted by the Arnhem Nijmegen City Region, Netherlands, was held in virtual mode from November 30 to December 3.
On behalf of Madrid City Council, the Deputy Director General for Internationalization, Juan Carlos de Castro, as well as the Technical Advisor of the Municipal Transport Company, Sergio Balaguer, took part in it.
Throughout the different sessions, cities and regions were offered the opportunity to show their achievements in transport to a large team of mobility experts. Also, the Green Deal initiative of the European Union was discussed at length, as well as possible contributions to it by the transport infrastructures of regional and local authorities.
