Automated administrative action
An automated administrative action is one that is carried out entirely through digital means and allows for immediate and automatic response services with high performance.
It allows:
- Reduce response times to requests submitted by citizens.
- Mitigate administrative workloads related to automated procedures.
- Relieve municipal staff from performing repetitive tasks that do not add value.
- To have high availability services, operational 24 hours a day and 7 days a week with a high level of standardisation.
The administrative actions are proposed by those responsible for the matter and are approved by resolution of the Director General of the Digital Office.
