Automated management action
An automated administrative action is one that is carried out entirely through digital means and allows for immediate and automatic response services with high performance.
It allows:
- The reduction of response times to requests submitted by citizens
- The mitigation of the administrative workload related to the procedures that are automated.
- Relieve municipal staff from performing repetitive tasks that do not add value.
- High availability services, operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with high standardisation.
The administrative actions are proposed by those responsible for the matter and are approved by resolution of the Director General of the Digital Office.
