Paper reduction
In the last two years we have reduced paper mailings between sites, both internally and externally, by more than 66%. This is thanks to the growth and promotion of the digital channel through the use of electronic signatures and electronic notifications.
Reducing the number of paper notifications aids in reducing costs, shortening deadlines, improving collection management and contributing to environmental sustainability.
It is possible to reduce both paper use and printing by promoting electronic signatures and electronic notifications.
Internally, we have also boosted e-services with the publication of electronic forms for the submission of personnel procedures. This project has meant the elimination of paper petitions, via e-mail or general request.
Each electronic notification saves 3.5 euros and more than 4 weeks in processing time.
