The electronic register allows the submission of applications and documentation 24 hours a day, every day of the year, except for interruptions necessary for technical reasons.

The implementation of the Cl@ve system and the elimination of the signature process through the Autofirma application have improved the service.

The use of electronic registry last year avoided more than 700,000 face-to-face registry actions over a normal year, resulting in a number of benefits, such as:

  • Reduced travel for citizens.
  • Decrease in the volume of face-to-face procedures carried out in municipal offices.
  • 45.5 million saved in administrative costs.
  • Avoiding cutting down 240 trees.
  • To stop emitting CO2 into the atmosphere that is equivalent to what would be generated by just over 16 cars driving for a year or to stop producing the daily solid waste of 2,700 people.
